Data deletion

Last updated 2026-09-25. These instructions cover all data we hold about you, including anything received from Facebook or Instagram once you connect an account.

Delete it yourself

1. Log in and open Settings → Security.
2. Choose Delete account and confirm with your current password.

If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, first transfer ownership or delete that workspace (Settings → Workspace).

What happens next

• You are logged out everywhere immediately.
• Workspaces where you were the only member are deleted with your account.
• Access tokens for connected social accounts are revoked and deleted.
• Everything is permanently purged after 30 days. Backups expire on their own schedule.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot log in, or want specific data deleted without closing your account, send a request through the contact form from the email address on your account. We confirm when it is done.

Disconnecting from Facebook or Instagram

You can also remove our app in your Facebook or Instagram settings under apps and websites. That stops our access; delete your account as above to remove the data we already hold.
