Terms of Service

1. The service

Social Media Nook lets you plan, check, approve and (once available) publish posts to social networks you connect. During early access, product pages run on sample data and nothing is published.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use the service for a business or professional purpose.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address current.

3. Workspaces and your team

The owner of a workspace controls who can access it and can delete it. Members act on behalf of the workspace. Every workspace keeps at least one owner.

4. Your content

You own the content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending it to the networks you choose when publishing is available.

5. Connected networks

When publishing is available, you must follow each network's own terms and automation rules (for example, Meta's Platform Terms and X's rules on automation). We may stop a post that would break those rules.

6. Acceptable use

No spam, no deceptive or unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no access to other customers' data.

7. Early access and pricing

Early access is free. Pricing is not set yet; we will give notice before any charges start.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings. Deleted data is purged after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We will post changes here with a new version and tell you about material changes before they apply.
