Workspaces and invitations

A workspace holds social accounts, posts and members. Agencies usually keep one workspace for the agency; brands keep one for the brand. You can belong to several workspaces and switch between them from the top bar.

Roles

  • Owner: everything, including deleting the workspace and transferring ownership. Every workspace always has at least one owner.
  • Admin: everything except deleting the workspace and changing owners.

More roles (manager, scheduler, client) arrive with publishing and approvals.

Inviting someone

Owners and admins can invite by email from Settings → Members. An invitation:

  • works once, and only for the email address it was sent to;
  • expires after 7 days (you can resend it, which replaces the old link);
  • counts toward your plan's seats while it is pending.

You need a verified email address to send invitations.
